Verbatim currently has an excellent opportunity in Orrick’s Global Operations Center in Wheeling, WV for a Client Data Coordinator.

The Client Data Coordinator will be responsible for managing client dedicated legal databases. Serves as the administrator of the entity management database and is the main point of contact for user account maintenance per specific assigned client team. Responsible for uploading compliance documents into the digital minute books as part of closing Verbatim completed matters, in addition to any one off requests received directly from the client. Should have strong reading comprehension skills. Liaise closely with Compliance Analyst(s) on the specific assigned client team and ensure the changes to the client legal databases are made accurately and timely according to the supporting compliance documents. Work closely with the client when special projects arise, i.e. incorporations, acquisitions, restructuring, mergers, etc.

• Assists with implementation and go-live of client databases for new clients.
• Works closely with the Data Integration Supervisor and Compliance Manager.
• Act as the liaise with the client contact to manage the on boarding process, which includes data comparison and verification, auditing information and, if a migration is required, data mapping.
• Assist with the integration of new clients.
• Establish yourself as a subject matter expert and trusted business partner.
• Act as main point of contact.
• Provides quality consultative service to all clients.
• Develops and maintains knowledge of Verbatim, clients and industry as a whole.
• Participates in Verbatim activities to meet or exceed objective.
• Represents Verbatim.

Qualifications:
• 4- year BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Excellent computer/Internet skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Experience with spreadsheet and database programs, MS SQL a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with legal databases (e.g., Two-Step, ICSA, CTC, Bridgeway), and document management systems (e.g., Interwoven or iManage) a plus.
• Experience with content management systems a plus.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a changing environment and multitask assignments, and to approach problems with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm, and innovation.
• Attention to details and the ability to comprehend documents is critical to this role.
• Have a combination of strong project management skills, data analysis, basic knowledge of corporate governance, strong customer service fundamentals, solid attention to detail, ability to solve business problems using technology and strong MS Excel skills.
• Must also be an excellent team player and able to work independently.
